You will be unable to invest on Neighborly if you have not completed your investment profile. Click on the notification on your dashboard to complete your profile. You will see an alert that looks like this on your dashboard.
Please note if you have completed your profile and submitted your account application but it is under review, you may still place an order. However, we will not be able to allocate bonds to you unless we have been able to approve your account and verify your payment method in time for settlement. We will contact you if we need more information.
