We typically wait until you enter an order on the Neighborly platform before processing your account for approval. Don’t be alarmed, though. While your account opening and approval is still in process, you will be able to place orders!

If further information or clarification is necessary, we will contact you. If you are unable to supply on request any additional information or materials required for the account opening process, this may delay or prevent us from opening your account and processing your order.
